Returns
We accept returns only in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos of the item.

Refunds
Once your return request is approved, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, personal care and intimate care products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used. Sale items and promotional deals are also non-returnable.
